Well, I am back at it with the wine corks; let’s see what we can build today! Here is another quick and simple project that can spruce up your holiday decor. Building some wine cork Christmas trees is another creative way to use up your wine corks.
Let’s Begin…
Supplies used:
- Wine Corks (preferably real cork not the plastic ones) amounts will vary depending on size of trees
- Hot Glue gun
- Craft Knife
- Acrylic Paints
- Embellishments (3mm flower stamens)
Lay out your corks in to rows according to the templates. NOTE: that you need to have all the corks be the same shape and length. For this project I used the plastic wine corks that had a decorative pattern. Next glue your rows together.

Then stack and glue your completed rows together to form your tree shape. Your rows will be staggered with the longest row at the bottom section.

Now, you can either paint the corks or leave them in their raw state.

Finally, finish up your trees by adding the flower stamens to look like ornaments.
